These drumsticks are delightfully sticky!
They go well with fragrant rice, or with fries for a casual weekend meal.
Ingredients
1/2 C tomato ketchup
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp tabasco or similar hot sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce (gluten free/ tamari)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp olive oil
8 chicken drumsticks
Method
1. Heat the oven to 200°C.
2. Mix ketchup, honey, tabasco, soy sauce, garlic, and oil in a jug.
3. Place chicken drumsticks on a shallow non-stick oven dish and pour marinade over them. Alternatively you can place the drumsticks in a zip-lock bag with the marinade to marinate for a few hours (or overnight).
4. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning once or twice.
5. Serve with rice, vegetables, or salad.
