Hello! I thought I’d better let you know what this blog is all about. I am a New Zealand-based writer with multiple food sensitivities. Over the last few years I have been practising gluten-free, dairy-free cooking and want to share my more successful recipes here. My recipes are (or can easily be made) gluten-free, dairy-free, tomato-free, onion-free, and often low FODMAP. I use ingredients that are readily available in New Zealand supermarkets and invent new recipes or adapt my family’s old favourites.
